Finished the first leg of our journey - to Tacoma, where, after following a lying TomTom GPS around a dark neighborhood for what seemed like a very long time, we finally got in touch with Sandy - our new World Vets trip cohort. She walked outside with a flashlight, and it immediately became easy to find her house. So we met the resident cats and set up our couches and got ready for our first night on the road.
